Start and stop multiple times

You can start and stop the livestream multiple times during your event. Only the time that you are actually live counts towards the total streaming minutes

And if every time you start back up, we also send an email/text notification to all your guests.

If you have a multi-day event, you can even start the stream back up on a later date, as long as the total live minutes are less than your package limit.

Every time you enter the livestream screen in-app, we display a banner with the remaining minutes. The banner will disappear in a few seconds, but you can always click the ⓘ icon at the bottom right corner of the livestream screen to bring up the banner again.

What happens if I run out of time

We will send notifications in the app when you have 30, 15, 10, 5, or 1 minute remaining for the livestreaming. The stream will stop when running out of time, but you can upgrade in-app to start it back up. We also offer the option to upgrade right on the livestream screen without stopping the stream by clicking the ⓘ icon (just make sure whoever is handling the phone has the App Store / Play Store purchase login).
